A blind box is a sealed package containing a random collectible figure. You won't know which character or rarity you'll get until you open it — that's the thrill!
How are TrifectaInk figures made?+
Each figure is 3D printed using high-quality resin, then hand-painted and finished by our artists. This means every figure has subtle unique touches.
What are the rarity tiers?+
Common (40%), Rare (30%), Secret (20%), and Legendary (10%). Legendary figures feature unique designs and special finishes not available in any other tier.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes! We ship worldwide. US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days.
Can I return or exchange a figure?+
Due to the blind box nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on which character you received. However, we do accept returns for damaged or defective items.
